Alison Couch

Alison Couch is an experienced Building Official currently serving at Aoka since 2025. Previously, they held the position of Building Official at the City of Oroville, California, and the Deputy Building Official at the City of Temple, Texas. Alison's background also includes roles such as Management Analyst in the Community Development Department and various positions in building inspection and code enforcement. They began their career as an EMT/Dispatcher with First Responder from 1999 to 2002 and hold a degree in Building Inspection Technology from Butte College.
