Dani McCauley

Dani McCauley is an experienced leader in the employee benefits and sales sectors, currently serving as the US Growth Leader and Senior Vice President for Customer Experience at Aon since January 2020. Previously, Dani held roles at Cigna, leading the Voluntary Benefits Distribution and Enablement strategy, and at Aon, where responsibilities included the sales strategy for Aon Enrollment Solutions and Voluntary Benefits. Dani's extensive career also includes significant positions in marketing and sales with Univers Workplace Solutions, Sean's Hope, Tandem Benefits, Cigna, iBenefits, UltraLink, and Unum.
