Carlos Luis Rodríguez Monasterios began their career in 2019 as a Research and Development Intern at Tecsol Dinámica. Later that year, they joined FCEA as an Assistant Research. In 2020, they joined Sintec Consulting as an Operations Strategy Consultant, where they executed an agile assessment and a procurement operating model design for a retail and banking group, designed a Next-Generation Route To Market (RTM) playbook, designed a Pre-distribution network strategy, and designed a Next-Generation Route To Market (RTM) and Next-Generation Sales Force (sales representative). In 2021, they were promoted to Operations Strategy Analyst, where they were responsible for the diagnosis and design of a distribution world-class operative model, design of Order to Cash, and implementation of Order to Cash. In 2023, they joined R2 as a Growth Strategy & Operations Lead, where they provided white-label embedded finance solutions for tech platforms.

Carlos Luis Rodríguez Monasterios obtained their degree in Ingeniería Química from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México, with a focus in Operaciones, from 2016 to 2020.
