Emmalina Glinskis

Emmalina Glinskis is a seasoned professional in climate risk advisory and disaster management, currently serving as Senior Associate Director at Aon since September 2025. Prior to this role, Emmalina held significant positions at Floodbase, including Global Business Development & Strategy Lead, where strategies for disaster analytics were developed, and Global Program Manager for Flood Response and Planning, focusing on real-time flooding insights. Emmalina's career also includes roles at Arcadis as a Resilience Planner, and as a Fulbright Scholar examining climate adaptation in urban areas of Bangalore. Other experiences span editorial work at The Nation, field research with the NSF in Antarctica, production assistance at VICE Media, and academic contributions as a teaching assistant at Columbia University.
