Farheen Dam currently serves as the Head of Health for North America at Aon since January 2022. Prior to this role, Farheen held positions at Buoy Health as Channel & Consultant Partnerships from November 2020 to January 2022, and at Cigna Healthcare as West Region Market Leader for the US National Segment from April 2014 to August 2020. Farheen's extensive experience also includes a long tenure at Mercer, where roles ranged from Partner to Consulting Segment Leader and Principal from October 1998 to April 2014. Earlier in the career, Farheen worked as a Health & Benefits Consultant at USI Consulting Group from June 1997 to October 1998. Farheen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and English Literature from Colgate University.
