Ian Dalessio

Ian Dalessio has extensive experience in information security and marketing, currently serving as the Regional Security Officer for North America at Aon since February 2025. Previously, Ian held multiple roles at MassMutual from August 2007 to February 2025, including Head of Business Information Security Officers and Business Information Security Officer, while also contributing to the company's marketing efforts as a specialist and analyst. Ian's responsibilities included managing various field-facing website programs and leading significant projects, such as the redesign of a search interface utilized by over 7,000 agents. Earlier experience includes a marketing coordinator internship at Easter Seals, where Ian coordinated charity events, and a supervisory role at the Harwich Community Learning Center Program Summer Camp. Ian graduated from Assumption University with a Bachelor's degree in Business/Corporate Communications in 2007.
