Ian Rodrigues

Ian Rodrigues currently serves as the Lead Strategic Accounts for the Commercial Team at Aon, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this role, Ian was the AVP of Enterprise Solutions at Cornerstone OnDemand from February 2022 to December 2022, specializing in cloud applications and SaaS. Ian's experience also includes serving as a Senior Enterprise Account Manager and Account Manager for Enterprise Sales at Mercer between August 2016 and February 2022, focusing on strategic account development and enterprise account management. Ian's early career features a role as a Business Development Consultant at GIPL and as VP of Marketing and Business Development at RidoRama. Academically, Ian holds an MBA in Marketing from Wrexham University of Wales and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Mumbai.
