Jen Akhter

Jen Akhter is the Head of Strategic Initiatives and Senior Vice President of Enterprise Solutions at Aon, with a journey at the company starting in 2007 as Vice President - Program Manager for the Architects & Engineers business segment. Jen currently leads Aon Affinity’s enterprise sales efforts, focusing on account development and channel partnerships. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President - Enterprise Business Development at Aon and holding roles in underwriting and client service at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where Jen was recognized for excellence in sales. Education includes participation in Wharton Executive Education and studies at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
