Jennifer O'Neill, CFA, has over a decade of experience advising institutional investors on portfolio construction and investment strategy, currently serving as a Partner in Investment Strategy & Responsible Investment at Aon since 2017. At Aon, Jennifer has played a key role in developing the Responsible Investment practice, which has grown to approximately 40 colleagues globally, and has supported prominent institutional clients in aligning their investments with responsible principles. Prior to Aon, Jennifer worked as an Investment Manager at Quilter Cheviot Ltd and began their career as an Analyst at Morgan Stanley. Educated at the University of the West of England and the University of Glasgow, Jennifer is committed to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusivity in the investment field.
