John Parsley

John Parsley is a seasoned global operations leader in reinsurance, currently serving as the Global Operations Leader at Aon, a role they held since 2020. Prior to this, John held various positions including Executive Director of Claims and Claims Director at Aon, as well as Partner at McGill and Partners from 2020 to 2025. Their career began at Liberty International Underwriters as a Claims Technician, and they further developed their expertise as a Senior Claims Adjuster at Faraday Underwriting Limited and as Director at Harlie Risk Services Limited. John studied Information Technology & Business Studies at Epping Forest College from 1996 to 1997.
