Krystin Crane

Krystin Crane currently serves as the US Early Careers Recruiting Manager at Aon since July 2023. Prior to this role, Krystin held the position of DEI-Talent Acquisition at Amazon from August 2022 to July 2023, where Krystin developed programs to align the global DEI strategy with recruiting and business stakeholder expectations while assessing current diversity practices. From January 2014 to August 2022, Krystin was the National Recruiting Leader at Accenture, responsible for creating and executing a North American recruiting strategy and refining global talent sourcing strategies. Early in Krystin's career, as a Campus Recruiter, strong partnerships were established with universities and external partners to enhance hiring efforts.
