Richard Laver

Richard Laver is the Managing Director of Aon Inpoint and has a diverse background in the insurance market, with experience spanning a variety of roles at leading firms such as AXA Insurance and Gallagher. From 2007 to 2010, they served as UK National Broker Manager at AXA, developing deep expertise in strategic relationship management and operational development. They are committed to supporting others and continuously innovating in the industry, leveraging extensive knowledge gained from working across UK, Lloyds, US, APAC, and LatAm markets. Richard holds a BA (Hons) in Financial Services from London Metropolitan University, which they completed in 1996.
