Sara Natalie Tham

Sara Natalie Tham is an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager currently leading recruitment efforts for Aon in Hong Kong and Singapore since September 2021. Previously, Sara held the position of Associate Director of Talent Acquisition at Credit Suisse from March 2019 to September 2021, serving as an AVP Recruitment Partner and AVP Hiring Desk Lead for the Asia Pacific region. Prior roles include Specialist Recruiter at HSBC for Private Banking in Hong Kong and Singapore, and Talent Advisor at DBS Bank. Sara began a career in recruitment as a Staffing Specialist with Credit Suisse - MSP by Allegis Global Solutions and a Senior Consultant with The Adecco Group, focusing on strategic accounts in banking. Additionally, Sara has experience in marketing and events management for various projects prior to 2012. Sara holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management and Management from Murdoch University.
