Sean Kavanagh-Lang is the Managing Director of National Broking - Strategy & Operations at Aon, where they apply analytical thinking to enhance operational excellence and drive data-centric strategies. Previously, Sean held various leadership positions at Aon, including Vice President and Senior Vice President, focusing on operations and data analytics. They also contributed to AIESEC Canada, fostering corporate relations and sponsorship initiatives. Sean began their career as a Management Trainee at Aon Risk Services before transitioning through roles that reinforced their expertise in risk management and strategic operations. They hold a Bachelor of Commerce in Management from Saint Mary's University and a Certificate in Risk Management from the University of Toronto.
