Thomas Griffiths-Allen

Thomas Griffiths-Allen is the Managing Director of the Strategy and Technology Group at Aon, where they lead the firm's strategy consulting proposition for reinsurers. They previously held various positions at Aon, including Director and Senior Associate in Strategy Consulting, and Manager of Strategy Consulting. Earlier, Thomas worked as an Assistant Manager at Deloitte UK from 2010 to 2014. They earned a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Civil Engineering with Business Management from the University of Warwick and completed their ACA in Accounting through ICAEW.
