Lauren Mann

Lauren was born and raised in Stillwater, Oklahoma, although she now considers herself an Oregonian at heart. She received her undergraduate degree in Psychology, followed by an MBA with an emphasis in HR Management. She entered this field as a full-cycle recruiter and worked her way HR Management going on 12 years. Lauren joined the AP Financing team in July of 2018. Her role is to be an advisor and advocate for employee and employer alike. Overall, she is responsible for overseeing personnel and daily operations of the HR department.

As a service-oriented person who enjoys meeting the needs of others, her passion revolves around commitment to teamwork, empathy, and the ability to connect with others. Like all Central Oregonians, Lauren and her family enjoy the great outdoors and could not imagine calling any other place home.
