Frederick Hartley

Frederick Hartley is an experienced professional with a background in sales and management, currently serving as an Account Executive and Account Manager for AP Lazer since October 2020. Hartley has been a Lacrosse Referee for the Ontario Lacrosse Association since April 2008 and has also worked as a Sales Engineer Consultant at Total HVAC from April 2023 to January 2024. Previous experience includes technical sales internships at Trane in 2018 and 2019, and ownership of a painting business, Student Works Painting, from November 2016 to September 2017, where responsibilities included sales, marketing, and employee management. Hartley contributed as a Sales Representative for TNI The Network Inc. from May 2016 to March 2017 and worked at Tim Hortons from 2013 to 2015. Educationally, Hartley holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ottawa, obtained in 2020.
