Frank Pickell

Frank Pickell is a seasoned Senior Consultant specializing in Project Management and Turnarounds at Asset Performance Networks, a role they have held since 2013. Previously, they served as Vice President of Engineering & Technology at Vercipia Biofuels from 2009 to 2012 and held several key positions at Amoco Corporation between 1985 and 1998, including Project Manager. Frank also directed project management efforts at Commonwealth Engineering and Construction from 2012 to 2013 and was a Senior Project Manager at BP from 1998 to 2009. They earned a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Oklahoma State University in 1979.
