Kaija Penley

Kaija Penley is a professional with diverse experience in quality assurance, instructional design, conference management, and administrative support. Having worked at both AP-Networks and Amoco, Kaija holds a Master's degree in English, Theology, Russian, and Teaching Certificate from the University of Jyväskylä in Finland, and a Master's degree in History from Utah State University.
