Rya Terney

Rya Terney currently serves as Head of Sustainability at AP Pension and also holds a position as a Member of VL68 at VL - Dansk Selskab for Virksomhedsledelse. Rya has been the Chairman of the Board at Dansk Stalking Center since May 2018 and previously worked as a Strategy and Management Consultant at Rya Terney Consulting from January 2020 to January 2022, focusing on CSR, sustainability, and diversity. Rya has experience as Head of Sustainability at Nilfisk and served in various roles at ISS A/S, where responsibilities included CSR and job development. Additional contributions include being Co-chairman of WeShelter and serving on boards and councils such as FORENINGEN NYDANSKER and Københavns Rådgivende Beskæftigelsesråd. Rya's educational background includes degrees from the Danish School of Education and KEA – Københavns Erhvervsakademi, alongside various certifications in coaching and psychology.
