Riaan van Niekerk

Riaan van Niekerk has extensive work experience in various roles within the financial industry. Riaan served as the Head of Information Systems at Coronation Fund Managers from 2015 onwards. Prior to that, they were the CIO at INET BFA, where they played a key role in combining data and technical expertise to create Africa's leading investment tools. Riaan also held the position of CIO at Fin24 and worked as a Development Manager at FNB Bank.

Riaan van Niekerk obtained a Master of Science in Information Systems Management from the University of Roehampton from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they attended the University of Pretoria/Universiteit van Pretoria from 1991 to 1994. Riaan completed their high school education at Overkruin from 1983 to 1987, where they received a high school degree.
