Carmen Kyi Oo

Carmen Kyi Oo is a seasoned cybersecurity professional currently serving as Senior Manager for Cyber Defence at APA Group since May 2024. Previously, Carmen held multiple roles at Endeavour Group from January 2021 to May 2024, including Acting Chief Information Security Officer, Tech Manager for Cyber Security Engineering & Operations, and Senior Cyber Security Engineer. Prior experience includes positions at Telstra as Cyber Defence Team Lead and Cyber Defence Specialist, and at Loop Technology as a Security Analyst. Carmen began a career in cybersecurity at NTT Com Security as a Security Analyst and Team Lead, and briefly worked as a Customer Service Officer at Navitas in 2015. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Information and Media from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and a Diploma in Aerospace Electronics from Singapore Polytechnic.
