Cecilia Coverdale

Cecilia Coverdale currently serves as a Senior People and Culture Advisor at APA Group since November 2023, having previously held the same title at Alinta Energy from October 2019 to November 2023. At Alinta Energy, Cecilia partnered with various business sectors to enhance people initiatives and policies. Prior roles include Talent Acquisition Manager, overseeing the recruitment strategy for Australia and New Zealand, and Human Resources Advisor in multiple organizations, where Cecilia was recognized for innovation and customer excellence. Cecilia also has extensive experience in contract management and recruitment processes, significantly improving efficiency and reducing costs.
