Elizabeth Griggs

Elizabeth (Beth) Griggs is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in strategy, corporate development, and regulatory frameworks within the energy sector. Currently serving as Group Executive for Strategy and Corporate Development at APA Group since February 2023, Griggs previously held multiple roles at AGL from March 2017 to January 2023, including General Manager of Legal and General Manager of Competition, Regulation and Strategy. Griggs also contributed to AGL Energy from February 2005 to 2017 in various leadership positions overseeing energy market regulation and pricing. Prior to these roles, Griggs practiced as a Senior Associate at Allens Arthur Robinson, worked as an Assistant to the Public Inquiry in the UK, and gained experience as a Project Officer at the ACCC. Griggs holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Arts/Laws (BA/LLB) from The University of Queensland.
