Kay Stuart

Kay Stuart is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the infrastructure and utilities sectors. Currently serving as Director at Energy Infrastructure Investments Pty Limited since January 2024, Kay is involved in a joint venture that includes Marubeni Corporation, Osaka Gas, and APA, overseeing assets valued at approximately $500 million. Prior to this role, Kay has held significant positions, including General Manager of Corporate Development & Investments at APA Group since March 2021, and Managing Director at RBC Capital Markets from February 2015 to March 2021. Earlier career achievements include directorships in investment banking at CIMB and the Royal Bank of Scotland Plc, as well as advisory roles at PwC in both Australia and the UK. Kay holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from The University of Edinburgh and is a Chartered Accountant through ICAS.
