Prior to joining APA, he was Transurban’s Group Executive Development, leading multi-billion-dollar developments in Australia and the US.
Vin has 30 years’ experience in leading and managing business teams in complex environments and has deep global infrastructure development experience, successfully leading market-led proposals with government and Public Private Partnerships.
