Louis Guess is an experienced professional in the construction industry, currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at APAC-Atlantic, Inc. since August 2016, following roles as Area Construction Manager and Project Manager. Prior experience includes positions as Assistant Project Manager and Estimator at J.H. Hiers Construction, LLC, and Asphalt Superintendent at Sanders Bros. Construction Company. Louis has a strong foundation in project management, cost estimation, and construction scheduling, complemented by rigorous training in geodetic engineering as an intern at the South Carolina Department of Transportation. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from The Citadel, Louis possesses extensive knowledge in surveying, underground utilities, and site work, along with a commitment to safety and efficiency in construction practices.
