Alfred Hsieh

Alfred Hsieh is a seasoned HR professional with over two decades of experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as AVP at Apacer since July 2016, Alfred oversees the HR department. Prior to Apacer, Alfred held the position of HR Director at Walsin Lihwa Corp. and served as HR Deputy Director at Pou Chen Group, where responsibilities included acting as a Business Unit HR Business Partner for key clients. Previous roles include Corporate HR Manager at CTCI, where Alfred was responsible for HR strategy and integration, and HR Manager at Accton Technology Corporation Pte Ltd. The career began as HR Senior Specialist at United Microelectronics Corporation. Alfred holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from National Central University and a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from National Chengchi University.
