Adrea Chow Leal

Adrea Chow Leal, JD, currently serves as the HR Business Partner Director at Apache Corporation, a role held since September 2025. Prior to this position, Adrea was the Senior Director of Global Human Resources at Noble Corporation from 2021 to September 2025. Experience also includes serving as the Director of Human Resources at Employment & Training Centers, Inc. from 2015 to 2020 and as a Human Resources Generalist at Noble Drilling from 2012 to 2015. Adrea began a legal career at Lone Star Legal Aid as an Attorney and Equal Justice Works AmeriCorps Legal Fellow from 2009 to 2011. Educational background includes a Juris Doctor degree from Emory University School of Law (2005-2008) and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Spanish from Emory University (2000-2004), with additional studies at Universidad de Salamanca in 2003.
