Joe Gallagher

Joe Gallagher is an experienced supply chain professional currently serving as General Manager of Supply Chain at Khalda Petroleum Company (Apache) since August 2024. With a diverse background at Apache Corporation, Gallagher has held multiple senior roles including Director of KPC Supply Chain and various leadership positions in Global Supply Chain. In addition to industry experience, Gallagher contributes to the Institute for Supply Management as an instructor, committee member, and past president of ISM Houston. Gallagher's career also includes significant roles at Phillips 66, ConocoPhillips, and academic experience as a professor of business. Gallagher holds an MBA from Western Washington University and a B.A. in Organizational Management from Alaska Pacific University, along with a certificate in Arabic from Rice University.
