Florent Lacaille

Florent Lacaille has a diverse work experience in the field of quality management. Florent started their career at PMB Plastiques as a Quality Manager from January 2001 to June 2003. From there, they joined Amtek Precision Technology Pte Ltd as a Quality Manager in 2003. In 2005, they became a Supplier Quality Manager at CML Innovative Technologies until November 2010. Next, Lacaille worked as a Supplier Quality Development Engineer at Sonceboz SA from February 2011 to March 2013. Florent then joined APAGCoSyst Electronic Control Systems as a Group Quality Coordinator from April 2013 to December 2015. From January 2016 to the present, they have held the position of Group Quality Manager at the same company, being responsible for a team of 28 members across multiple locations. Florent has implemented various quality systems, managed supplier quality, coordinated customer claims, and worked with major clients such as BMW, Audi, and Porsche. In April 2021, they were promoted to the role of Global Head of Quality at APAGCoSyst Electronic Control Systems.

Florent Lacaille's education history begins in 1994 when they enrolled in the Université de Franche-Comté. Florent pursued a Maitrise Génie Mécanique et Productique degree with a focus on Qualité, completing their studies in 1999.

During the same period, from 1994 to 1999, Florent also attended the IUP Ingénierie et Qualité, where they obtained a Master of Production and Mechanical Engineering / Ingénieur-maître Qualité degree. Their field of study at this institution was Mechanical and Production Engineering / Quality.

In terms of additional certifications, Florent Lacaille has acquired a diverse range of qualifications. In March 2021, they completed the Leading Across Borders and Cultures Programme offered by INSEAD Executive Education. In February 2021, they obtained certification as a provisional assessor for Automotive SPICE® through the Verband der Automobilindustrie (VDA) e.V. Florent also earned the qualification of Auditing according to ISO19011 from LD Consultancy Enterprise in February 2018. In February 2016, they became a Product Safety Officer accredited by Česká společnost pro jakost.

There are several certifications that Florent has obtained without specific information regarding the month or year of acquisition. These include being an Auditeur de Processus Renault - PSA - FIEV certified by Institut Renault and an IATF 16949 Internal Auditor certified by LD Consultancy. Florent is also an IPC610 Specialist certified by Realtime Technologies and has completed the ISO 13485 medical devices certification through QC Group, s.r.o. Additionally, they hold an ISO14001 Auditor certification from 2O Consulting, as well as VDA6.3 Auditor and VDA6.5 Auditor certifications (with the institution for the latter being 2O Consulting).
