Carmen Romero

Carmen Romero is the current President and CEO of Arlington Partnership for Affordable Housing where Carmen also serves as the Executive Vice President overseeing Real Estate development, Resident Services, and Advocacy. Prior to this role, Carmen worked as the Vice-President of Real Estate Development and Director of Acquisitions at the same organization. Before joining APAH, Carmen worked at Edgemoor Real Estate Services as a Director, focusing on real estate developments in the Metro DC area. Carmen also has experience at Marriott International as a Manager in Financial Planning and Analysis. Carmen holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a BSFS from Georgetown University.
