Mikaela Hinds

Mikaela Hinds currently serves as a Carbon Market Analyst and Caribbean Lead at Apala Group since March 2023, following roles as a Decarbonisation Associate and Corporate Decarbonisation Fellow within the same company. Concurrently, Mikaela works as a Project Coordinator for the Skeetes Bay Market, a sustainability initiative focused on the blue economy, local food security, and cultural preservation. Previous experience includes positions as a Waitress/Barista at Relish Epicurea and Front Desk Receptionist at King's-Edgehill School. Academically, Mikaela is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Management with a focus on International Business at The University of the West Indies, complemented by an exchange semester at Sungkyunkwan University. Educational credentials also include a High School Diploma and International Baccalaureate Diploma from King’s-Edgehill School and Caribbean Secondary Examinations Certificates from Harrison College Barbados.
