Jakub M.

Jakub M. began their career in 2009 as a Front Office Agent at Hotel im. Jana Pawla II. Jakub then moved to Andrzej Balazs Properties, taking on the role of Food and Beverage Trainee. In 2010, Jakub M. joined Sofitel as a Front Office Agent and Night Auditor. Jakub provided customer service and administrative support and conducted the night audit process. In 2013, Jakub M. became the Night Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton, where they were part of the pre-opening team and responsible for the property during the night shift. In 2015, they joined Hilton as a Revenue Analyst. Jakub M. then moved to Infor in 2017 as a Business Analyst, Software Development - Hospitality, leading development of new features and HMS's preparations to new markets. In 2019, they joined Shiji Group as a Product Owner, Software Development - Hospitality and led the development of new features and localization projects. Finally, in 2020, Jakub M. joined Infor again as a Senior Business Analyst, Software Development - Hospitality, leading team of Developers, QA's and UX Designers. In 2021, Jakub M. joined apaleo as a Product Lead - Fiscal/Legal and Partner Success Manager, where they are responsible for shaping business models and operational work streams, leading a team of developers and engineers, and prioritizing features and requests.

Jakub M. obtained their Master's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Wrocławska Akademia Biznesu w Naukach Stosowanych in 2012. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in the same field from Higher Vacational School of Jan Amos Komenski in Leszno in 2009. Additionally, they obtained the ITIL® 4 Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in September 2021.
