Marissa Forte is currently an intern at the Asian Pacific American Public Affairs Association (APAPA) since March 2025. Prior to this role, Marissa served as the State Chair for Young Americans for Liberty from August 2023 to March 2024, where responsibility included starting and managing clubs in the North State of California. Marissa gained valuable experience through an internship with the Michelle Steel for Congress campaign from November 2021 to September 2023 and worked at the California State Assembly in the District Office of Assemblymember Phil Chen from October 2021 to September 2023, focusing on understanding the California State legislature. Marissa is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government at California State University-Sacramento, having started the program in August 2023.
