Jan Michael Dervish

Jan Michael Dervish is an experienced legal professional currently serving as a Litigation Intern at Metra Commuter Rail since June 2019, where involvement includes navigating legal challenges for one of North America's largest commuter rail systems. Dervish's background also includes a role as a student employee in the Federal Tax Clinic at Loyola University Chicago School of Law, managing case management software and assisting with client intakes and IRS reporting. Previous experience includes a Legal Intern position at OCC and various IT-related roles at Liberty University, including IT Process Manager and IT Business Relationship Manager. Dervish holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Government with a focus on Politics and Policy from Liberty University.
