Zakaria Aoune

Zakaria Aoune has a strong background in the technology industry, with a focus on research and development, solution design, and software engineering.

Zakaria most recently served as the Director of R&D EMEA at APARAVI, starting in February 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Presales EMEA at the same company from September 2021 to February 2022.

Before joining APARAVI, Zakaria worked at CAST as the Director of Solution Design from August 2018 to August 2021.

Zakaria also has experience as an Information Technology Architect at T-Systems International GmbH from February 2017 to July 2018, and as a Senior Software Engineer at OSB AG from April 2015 to January 2017.

Zakaria began their career as a Software Engineer at TTE-Europe GmbH from April 2013 to March 2015.

Zakaria Aoune holds a Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) degree in Computer and Information Sciences from INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon. Zakaria also has a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Rabat, and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Faculté des Sciences et Techniques de Fès.

In addition to their formal education, Zakaria Aoune has obtained certifications in Solution Selling and Opportunity Management from Haufe Akademie in November 2019, DevOps Master from EXIN in September 2017, and Cloud Computing II - Cloud Infrastructures and Cloud Security from ExperTeach GmbH in July 2017.
