Deanna Quan is the Executive Vice President of Asset Management for Aparium Hotel Group. Deanna has over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry and has held various leadership positions during their career.

Deanna started their career as an analyst with Carlson Hospitality Worldwide. Deanna then worked as an assistant project director for The NPD Group before moving into the role of asset manager with Morgan Stanley. After three years with Morgan Stanley, Deanna transitioned to Lend Lease Real Estate Investments where they worked as an associate for three years.

In 2009, Deanna was promoted to Vice President of Asset Management for The Chartres Lodging Group. Deanna held this position for six years before moving to AJ Capital Partners in 2015 where they served as Senior Vice President of Asset Management.

Deanna joined Aparium Hotel Group in 2018 and has been instrumental in the growth and expansion of the company. Under their leadership, the company has acquired and developed numerous hotels across the United States.

Deanna Quan attended Cornell University, where they earned a Master of Management. Deanna also attended Washington University in St. Louis and the University of Chicago, where they earned degrees in education.
