Nicole Chriqui

Nicole Chriqui is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management and real estate. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Apartment Corp since November 2020, Nicole oversees the Los Angeles operations office and supports 35 affordable housing properties across eight states. Prior roles include Executive Assistant at Apartment Corp, Operations and Relationship Manager at Max Benjamin Partners, Inc., and various positions in real estate investment and project management. Nicole has also worked as a voice-over artist, recording audiobooks in English and French. A graduate of UCLA with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Business Administration, Nicole combines a strong educational background with diverse industry experience.
