Jackie Sittema Ratzlaff

Divisional President, Strategic Initiatives at Apartment Life

Jackie Sittema Ratzlaff has extensive work experience in various roles. Jackie began their career in 2004 as an Occupational Therapist at Covenant Hand Therapy, where they evaluated and treated patients with upper extremity injuries and illnesses. In 2007, they joined Texas Woman's University as an Adjunct Instructor, teaching and developing curriculum for the Master of Occupational Therapy bridge program. Jackie then transitioned to Apartment Life in 2008, starting as a Regional Director in the DFW region, where they managed operations and resident retention programs.
