Racquel Daigle

Racquel Daigle has a diverse work experience in the property management industry. Racquel began their career as a Property Manager at American Campus Communities from 2005 to 2010. Racquel then moved on to become a Property Manager at Copper Beech Townhomes from 2010 to 2011, where they managed a team of 10 employees and handled various responsibilities such as budgeting, leasing, marketing, and vendor management. Since 2012, they have been working at Apartment Life, initially as a Regional Operations Director until 2014, and then as the Director of Operations at the National Office until 2019. In their role at Apartment Life, Racquel aimed to enhance the organization's influence by providing community building and retention services for apartment communities through the cares and work force housing programs. Racquel focused on increasing value and creating a sense of community among residents while working closely with property management and ownership companies.

Racquel Daigle obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies and Spanish from Texas State University. Racquel pursued their undergraduate education between the years 2003 and 2007.
