Jordan Pease

Jordan Pease has a diverse work history that spans various industries and roles. Jordan began their career in 2003 as the CEO and Founder of MFH Construction Services, where they provided construction and landscape improvement services. From 2007 to 2012, they founded and served as the Director of Product for WebFam Inc., a platform for college students to privately communicate with their families. In 2009, they founded WebGreek, a software consulting firm specializing in tools and websites for professional and fraternal associations.

In 2010, Pease founded LoyalCMS, a design agency focused on website development for non-profit organizations. Jordan then co-founded Groopt in 2012, where they served as the Founder and Director of Product, overseeing the product cycle for non-profits and member-based organizations. In 2015, Pease became the Head of Design at HealthTap, a virtual healthcare platform, leading a team of designers across multiple design efforts.

Throughout their career, Pease has demonstrated expertise as a principal designer. Jordan held this role at Taboom, a productivity web app, and Apartment List, a rapidly-growing online apartment rental marketplace. At Apartment List, they were promoted to Director of Design, Renter Products in 2021.

With a strong background in product design, branding, prototyping, and integration, Pease has consistently contributed to research, requirements, and testing in their roles. Jordan has successfully led teams, developed design systems, and contributed to brand identity.

Jordan Pease attended the University of California, Berkeley from 2004 to 2008, where they completed their B.A. degree in Urban Studies.
