Kazimierz Piotrowski

Kazimierz Piotrowski has university degree in economics He has graduated from Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, faculty of Economics Sciences and post-graduate studies on organization, management and finance.

Mr Kazimierz Piotrowski has been associated with Apator since many years and has extensive experience in performing supervisory and management functions. In the years 1993-2000 - Member of the Executive Board of Apator SA, Director for Administrative Affairs (1993 - 1998) and Director for Finance (1998 - 2000), earlier he was employed on managerial positions in the state owned enterprise, whose legal successor is Apator SA. In 2001 – to date the Member of the Supervisory Board of Apator Mining sp. z o.o. (in the Apator Group). In the years 2005 - 2008 - President of the Executive Board of Apator Metrix SA (in the Apator Group). In the years 2009 - 2013 - Chairman of the Supervisory Board of FAP Pafal SA (in the Apator Group). Since 2013 - to date - Member of the Supervisory Board of Apator Metrix SA (in the Apator Group). Since 2015 - to date - Member of the Supervisory Board of Apator SA and Member of Audit Committee of Apator SA. Moreover, Mr Kazimierz Piotrowski is a long-term shareholder of Apator SA.
