Michał Rusak

Micha Roon is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in blockchain and decentralized computing. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, Roon supports innovation projects across startups, enterprises, and government by providing training and mentorship. As the owner and founder of managination since 2005, Roon emphasizes creating a dynamic and reliable software development environment. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web. Roon has also contributed as a foundation board member and CTO at Share&Charge, an advisor for various organizations, and a senior blockchain developer at Sweetbridge. Roon holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and has pursued advanced studies in fintech at MIT.
