Andy Zhang

Andy Zhang is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and digital services. Currently serving as Vice President at Apax since July 2019, Andy previously held the position of Senior Associate focusing on digital services. Prior experience includes serving as an Investment Banking Analyst at Morgan Stanley, where notable projects included AbbVie's $63 billion acquisition of Allergan and McDonald's strategic partnership for operations in China and Hong Kong. Andy's analytical career began with summer analyst roles at Morgan Stanley and Strategy&, and earlier experience includes serving as a Spring Private Equity Analyst at AUA Private Equity Partners and founding the Envision Children Education Fund. Educational achievements encompass a Bachelor of Arts in Financial Economics from Columbia University, where graduation was celebrated with Summa Cum Laude honors, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Georgetown University.
