Mohamed El Haimer

Mohamed EL HAIMER, PhD, currently serves as a Process Development Scientist at APC since January 2024. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Scientist at X-Chem, Inc. from September 2022 to December 2023, where responsibilities encompassed the independent preparation of chemical procedures, design of synthetic routes, and oversight of junior team members. Previously, Mohamed held positions as a Research Chemist 2 and Organic Chemist at the University of Szeged and its Institute of Drug Development, engaging in drug discovery, synthesis of target molecules, and optimization of reaction conditions. Mohamed's academic background includes a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Szeged and a Master's degree in Applied and Fundamental Chemistry from Mohammed V University in Rabat. Early experiences involve phytochemical screening and physico-chemical analysis, contributing to a broad foundation in chemistry and drug development.
