Liz Stokes

Liz Stokes currently serves as the Human Resources Director at APC Overnight, beginning in April 2024. Previously, Liz held the position of VP of Human Resources at Ultra Intelligence & Communications, contributing to a global defense company with 4,000 employees. Liz also served as Human Resources Director at Ardmore Group, leading HR initiatives in a £300 million family-owned business, and as Associate HR Director at Clancy, focusing on developing a People strategy for 2,500 employees. Earlier experience includes Head of HR at Balfour Beatty Rail, where leadership of a 25-member HR team supported 1,500 employees. Additionally, Liz worked as HR Manager at Sirva Relocation, developing global onboarding programs, and at Rentokil Initial plc, where responsibilities included integrating businesses and addressing staff turnover. Liz holds a CIPD degree in Human Resource Management from Buckingham Chilterns University.
