Jessica Yung

Jessica Yung is an SVP, Commercial Lending Underwriting Manager at Royal Business Bank. She has over 24 years in the banking industry, specializing in Commercial Lending Underwriting for C&I, Asset Based Lending, Commercial Real Estate, Construction, Multi-Family Income Property, Mobile Home Park/ RV Park, Mortgage Warehouse Loan, SBA 504, CRA Express Loan, and Participation on Shared National Credit. She oversees all region's underwriting teams for the bank and ensures conformity with bank policies and procedures. Conducts the underwriting review process in a manner designed to minimize the bank’s risk while employing problem resolution techniques in approving loans.

Prior to Royal Business Bank, she was Assistant Vice President & Relationship Manager at East West Bank. She was responsible for the acquisition of new commercial banking clients, and the expansion/retention of existing relationships. She helps to structure, underwrite, negotiate, and manage complex credit relationships. She also was a collateral auditor at HSBC & Republic Business Credit.
