The Operations and Engagement team at APCF streamlines internal processes, manages financial operations, and fosters community relationships. The Operations Manager ensures efficient organizational workflows, the Community Engagement Coordinator builds and maintains partnerships with API communities, and the Accounting Manager oversees budgeting and financial reporting.
