Prior experience includes roles as VP, Senior Employee Relations Partner at BBVA Compass from 2018 to 2021, Human Resources Manager at Pace Runners, Inc. in 2017 to 2018, and Human Resources Executive at Boyd Bros Transportation, Inc. from 2002 to 2017. Lynn specializes in HR best practices, compliance and risk mitigation, coaching and consulting, recruiting and talent acquisition, performance management, workforce planning and development, downsizing and restructuring, as well as benefits and compensation. Lynn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, with a focus on Management and Marketing from Troy University.
